The CORE

The CORE Business Academy is a year long, in person capacity building program designed to strengthen the foundational knowledge, skills, and systems that help organizations operate with excellence. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the “why” and “how” behind essential business and organizational disciplines.

CORE provides advanced training focused on sustainable growth and infrastructure development.

Throughout the program, participants build processes, strategies, and organizational systems that support long-term stability, expand outreach and visibility, and improve how they serve their communities. These strengthened capacities can also create pathways to expanded partnership and contracting opportunities.

Our mission is to equip emerging and established leaders with the tools and resources needed to grow responsibly, create impact, and contribute to thriving communities. This includes guided training on key performance indicators, risk management, operational processes, and other core functions required to maintain a healthy and mission aligned organization.

CORE also integrates industry specific trainers who review regulatory requirements, share best practice models, and connect participants to valuable networks that improve readiness and access.
